I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY WILL PREPARED.  HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Please complete our will information kit and return it to our office.  We will contact you to set up an appointment with Marty R. Kindrachuk once an initial draft of your will is completed.  Marty will review your will with you and provide legal advice to you regarding your dispositions.  Please contact our office for our current fees and download our Will Information Kit.

I WOULD LIKE TO INCORPORATE MY BUSINESS.  HOW DO I GET STARTED?

We can assist in incorporating your business in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Federal, and other Canadian provinces.  Please contact our office to provide the basic information required to complete your incorporation documents.  Once we have processed this information, we will contact you to set up an appointment with Marty R. Kindrachuk once an initial draft of your incorporation documents are completed.  Marty will review the documents with you and provide legal advice to you regarding your incorporation.  Please contact our office for our current fees.

HOW DO I SET UP A FAMILY LAW CONSULTATION?

Please contact our office to speak with Stephanie L. Dobson’s assistant.  If you are seeking further information about family mediation or the collaborative process, please specify this request at the time of making your appointment.  In order to confirm your consultation time, we require that a deposit be paid; we accept cash, cheque, and credit card (Visa or MasterCard).  We look forward to serving your divorce, family law and family mediation needs.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY FAMILY LAW CONSULTATION?

If you have children, please print off our family questionnaire (with kids), or if you do not have children, please print off our  family questionnaire (no kids).  Please bring your completed questionnaire to your initial consultation, attaching as many of the “requested documents” as possible.
