Our Team
MARTY R. KINDRACHUK has lived and practiced law in Lloydminster, Alberta since December 1994, hanging his own shingle upon completion of his articling year.
Marty advises his clients primarily in the areas of business, residential & commercial real estate, and oil & gas law.
In the community, Marty has focused much of his attention on minor hockey. He moved from being a minor hockey coach, to being on the Board of Directors of the Lloydminster Blazers (now the Lloydminster Bobcats), to being a long-term member of the Lloydminster Bobcats live TV and online auction committee. Marty currently enjoys serving on the Career Prep committee at Lloydminster Comprehensive High School. Marty is also Past-President of the United Way (Lloydminster) and former member of the steering committee for the Lloydminster Multiplex (Common Wealth Centre).
In his spare time, you will certainly find Marty on the golf course either in Lloydminster or in another sunny destination when the winter weather is prohibitive here at home.

STEPHANIE L. DOBSON joined forces with Marty R. Kindrachuk in September 2006 upon her relocation to Lloydminster, Alberta from Richmond, British Columbia. She practices law in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Stephanie is a collaborative family lawyer and family mediator who assists families move beyond conflict in a civilized, respectful, and cost-effective manner which puts children and relationships first, without going to court.
She advises her clients on issues such as divorce, family law, parenting rights and obligations, child support, spousal support, division of property, and adoptions. Stephanie is formally trained in, and actively promotes, Collaborative Family Law and Family Mediation as valuable methods to resolve family disputes while avoiding court.
As community service is an integral part of Stephanie’s life, she is an active member of the Lloydminster Rotary Club and was part of a team of Rotarians who facilitated the establishment of the Rotaract Club of Lloydminster (Rotary for ages 18-30). Stephanie is also a Board Member of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce and is Vice-Chair of the Board of the Lloydminster Interval Home Society (women’s shelter).
Stephanie enjoys being an active member in various organizations which promote alternatives to court to resolve family disputes. She is a member of International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), Association of Collaborative Lawyers of Alberta (Edmonton & Northeast Area), Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan, Inc., Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), Family Mediation Canada (FMC), and Alberta Family Mediation Society (AFMS). She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Collaborative Lawyers of Alberta.
She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association – Alberta North & South as well as Saskatchewan Branches and is a member of 3 law societies – Alberta (active), Saskatchewan (active), and British Columbia (inactive).

Lynne Beausoleil
Lynne has been an invaluable part of our team as a legal secretary since Marty started the firm, back in December 1994. Although Lynne has assisted Marty in a variety of practice areas, she has been dedicated to the art of real estate conveyancing for the past 8 years. She has gained quite the expertise in this area through the extremely successful boom that the Lloydminster area has felt over the past number of years. In her spare time, Lynne enjoys gardening, shopping, and spending time with her husband either traveling northbound to their summer cabin or southbound to their winter home.

Barbara Beck
Barbara has been an invaluable part of our team as a legal secretary since 2000. Barbara is the pleasant concierge service (i.e. receptionist) who is our primary first-contact with our clients and the public. In addition to her maintaining a friendly atmosphere between our firm and the public, Barbara assists Marty in his business law and wills & estates practice. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys fishing (largest fish caught so far is an 18 ¾ lbs Jackfish), gardening, preserving, and learning to play the piano.

Colleen Neumann
Colleen joined our team in February 2009, as a legal secretary to assist Stephanie with her Collaborative Family Law and Family Mediation practice. Colleen likes to make our clients feel at ease when they contact us. Colleen’s passion in life is writing and recording songs, and she currently has two CD’s to her credit. She and her husband spend time together at their cabin every summer with their ever present miniature dachshunds in tow.
